The BroilChef Odyssey R2-2201 is a compact and versatile portable gas grill that combines a classic grill grate and a smooth plancha cooking surface in one unit. It's the ideal solution for users who want maximum versatility in a small package.
The split grill cooking surface consists of a cast iron grill grate and a cast iron plancha plate. The grill grate is perfect for cooking meat, fish, burgers and vegetables, while the smooth plancha surface allows for convenient cooking of eggs, bacon, pancakes, prawns and smaller ingredients that might fall through a regular grate.
A burner with approximately 10,000 BTU will provide even heat, and the cooking surface of 220 square inches, or about 1419 cm², offers enough space for everyday grilling. The cast aluminium body makes the grill strong and durable, while maintaining a compact and portable design.
The cast iron griddle and plancha plate retain heat steadily and help achieve an even cooking result.
