GMG = Green Mountain Grills
GMG's smallest model, ideal for portability outdoors – power can be taken from the car's cigarette lighter, for example. The grill has an integrated digital control panel that can be controlled via WiFi, and the grill is ready for cooking in just a few minutes. The Sense-Mate temperature sensor monitors both food and ambient temperature – in colder weather, the sensor automatically activates turbo mode, which speeds up the grill's temperature rise.
Pellet grills always impart a subtle smoky flavour, but their cooking speed is not far behind that of a gas grill. A unique fan system creates positive pressure within the firebox, preventing pellet backflow through the auger. The large, two-part stainless steel grill grate allows for the simultaneous cooking of different food groups. With the included temperature probe, you can monitor the internal temperature of your food in real-time.
Easy care: Leaking grease is collected by an inclined base plate and channelled into the grease collection cup on the side. Grease does not drip onto the burners, reducing smoke and ensuring healthier cooking.
