Big III kit includes the latest innovation - revolutionary hyperbolic smoke chamber contents "SloRoller", which uses swirling airflow technology - regulating heat and smoke. It is designed to enhance the flavour and texture of food in low and slow cooking up to 260°C max. It can be easily replaced with a ceramic heat deflector or removed altogether for browning or grilling at higher heat. Like its predecessor, the Big II grill, it has a thick-walled heat-resistant ceramic casing that locks in smoke and moisture at any temperature. The easy-opening dome has a counterweight hinge (called an "arbor")."Air Lift" and a weatherproof / high-precision top vent "Control Tower". The baking tray is made of very high quality 304 stainless steel. Other innovations of the Big III include a four-level multifunctional cooking system "Divide & Conquer®" with stainless steel charcoal horn, heat resistant/powder coated aluminium side shelves, high quality weatherproof galvanised steel base frame with wheels, advanced multi-panel ceramic firebox and patented pull-out ash pan.
