The barbecue has an adjustable lid, the height of which can be adjusted and, if necessary, removed altogether. With the grill lid in the raised position, the SlōRoller™ hyperbolic smoke chamber can be inserted into the grill to cook meat at low heat from 70°C to 200°C. Without the SlōRoller™ insert, food can be cooked directly over the grill at high heat.

The stove also has a handy ash compartment and a smart frame with lockable wheels.
