Kamado Joe smoke blocks are fist-sized pieces of wood without bark.

Never oven-dried. It has been given the necessary time to air-dry to preserve the natural sugars and give a fuller flavour.

The foam wood has a sweet aroma, suitable for smoking poultry and ham, for example.
