The Looft Lighter is the quickest, safest and cleanest way to light your barbecue, campfire or stove.

Place the charcoal in a pyramid shape on the grill, place the tip of the Looft lighter against the charcoal (in the middle of the pile) and press the Looft button, Hold against the coals until a charcoal glow (sparks and sparkle) occurs, then move away from the coals slightly and hold the Looft facing the direction of the glow until the coals are all glowing. Usually about 60 seconds is enough for the charcoal to ignite perfectly.
