Hot and spicy mayonnaise with fermented red habanero chilli and fragrant coriander gives a real depth of flavour. All this mixed in a velvety mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
Rapeseed oil (79%), free range pasteurised whole egg (13%), red habanero chilli puree (3%) (red habanero chilli, salt, acid: acetic acid), unrefined raw sugar, lemon juice, tomato puree, acetic acid, sea salt, herbs, natural flavouring, mustard flour.

After opening, keep in the fridge and consume within 6 weeks.
