A fiery sauce with a delicious aroma: deep vinegary notes and a promising fruitiness - the sweetness is nicely laced with a sharp fruitiness.

Onion, tomato and mango balance the fiery spiciness with a sweet, fruity and delicate finish.

Ingredients:
White wine vinegar, water, fermented red habanero chilli puree (11%) (red habanero chilli, salt, acid: acetic acid), onion puree, tomato puree, unrefined cane sugar, mango (8%), corn flour, rapeseed oil, garlic puree, ginger puree, spices, sea salt, preservative sorbic acid (sulphites).

After opening, keep in the fridge and consume within 6 weeks.
