Steak from young cattle reared on grass, cut from the vertebral column. Its name comes from the T-shaped bone that remains inside the meat.<\/p>\n

On one side of the bone is the fillet (a very soft and tender meat), on the other side of the bone is the outer fillet\/ entrec\u00f4te part (a bit more firm in texture, but very tasty).<\/p>\n
