The furnace consists of two chambers. In the lower part of the kiln there is a combustion chamber where wood is burnt and in the upper part there is a meat chamber.

In a double-walled stove, the smoke from the combustion of wood moves up the chimney through the double walls. When using this type of stove, it is not important that the wood burnt is suitable for smoking.

The combustion smoke does not come into contact with the meat - it is a hot smoke oven.

In the upper chamber, smoke is generated with chips, sawdust or similar.

The oven is equipped with a grease pan, four racks, a thermometer and an instruction manual.
